Andrew has been actively engaged in litigation practice throughout his career. Taking the lead on major litigation including construction litigation, premises liability, automobile litigation, Special Investigation Unit and fraud, and products liability. Andrew represented clients over Philadelphia County as well as the adjoining Counties and into the Lehigh Valley. While working as the Managing Partner for Bennet, Bricklin & Saltzberg, LLP’s Bucks County-Lehigh Valley office, Andrew was instrumental in successfully litigating numerous cases to verdict involving general liability matters, construction matters, automobile liability, and premises actions.

In his appellate practice, Andrew has argued dozens of cases before the Supreme Court and Superior Court of Pennsylvania. He has obtained favorable opinions for insurance carrier clients in the area of surveillance, statute of limitations, limited tort, venue, and other discovery matters.

Often sought out due to his expertise in the field, Andrew has lectured extensively concerning the handling of general liability cases, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and recent developments in the law. Andrew has participated in numerous seminars in the area of bad faith, limited tort, and recent changes in the law. Andrew has also conducted a series of seminars designed to assist insurance companies regarding evaluation of claims.
